Onda pogledate kako kuhaju chefovi i shvatite da je stvar zapravo puno jednostavnija. Najva\u017enije je znati \u0161to radite s namirnicama koje ve\u0107 imate na dohvat ruke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upravo na toj ideji temelji se novi serijal Odabrali Chefovi: Game of Chefs. Inspirirani receptima kulinarskih stru\u010dnjaka iz popularnog RTL-ovog showa, odlu\u010dili smo provjeriti mo\u017ee li se vrhunska gastronomija preseliti u obi\u010dne kuhinje i koristiti sastojke koje bez problema pronalazimo u najbli\u017eem supermarketu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvi slijed ovog kulinarskog putovanja logi\u010dno po\u010dinje toplim predjelom. Ili jelom. Ovisno o tome na kojoj ste strani internetske rasprave koja ve\u0107 godinama poku\u0161ava odlu\u010diti kamo zapravo pripada juha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi smo odabrali juhu od ljubi\u010dastog batata, kokosovog mlijeka, \u0111umbira i kurkume. Na papiru jednostavna kombinacija, ali na tanjuru izgleda kao ne\u0161to \u0161to biste bez problema naru\u010dili u Michelin restoranu u kojem konobar detaljno obja\u0161njava porijeklo svake namirnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tajna nije samo u receptu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kao i svaki chef, mo\u017eete imati vrhunske sastojke, ali bez pravog alata te\u0161ko \u0107ete posti\u0107i rezultat kakav \u017eelite. Zato je u ovoj epizodi glavnu ulogu preuzeo Haier \u0161tapni mikser koji je u svega nekoliko trenutaka pretvorio kuhani batat, kokosovo mlijeko i za\u010dine u savr\u0161eno glatku, kremastu teksturu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A kad ve\u0107 govorimo o ozbiljnoj kuhinji, vrijedi spomenuti i ure\u0111aj koji je privukao pa\u017enju \u010dim smo zakora\u010dili na set. Haierova plinska plo\u010da HAVG7WL4BPB opremljena je Preci Flame tehnologijom koja omogu\u0107uje preciznu kontrolu plamena kroz vi\u0161e razina snage. U prijevodu, vi\u0161e nema naga\u0111anja izme\u0111u &#8220;premalo&#8221; i &#8220;ups, zagorio sam&#8221;. Upravo takva preciznost u termi\u010dkm pode\u0161avanju kod kuhanja \u010desto \u010dini razliku izme\u0111u korektnog i izvrsnog jela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezultat?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juha koja spaja slatko\u0107u ljubi\u010dastog batata, toplinu \u0111umbira i kurkume te egzoti\u010dnu kremoznost kokosovog mlijeka. Zavr\u0161ni detalji poput tostiranih sjemenki bundeve i nekoliko kapi aceta balsamica daju joj onu zavr\u0161nu notu zbog koje izgleda kao da je upravo stigla iz kuhinje ozbiljnog restorana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najbolji dio cijele pri\u010de je \u0161to za ovakav tanjur ne trebate rezervaciju mjesec dana unaprijed. Trebate samo dobar recept, malo volje i ure\u0111aje koji vam omogu\u0107uju da se fokusirate na kuhanje umjesto na borbu s opremom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ako vas je ova epizoda inspirirala da se oku\u0161ate u chefovskim izazovima, pravo je vrijeme da pratite i zavr\u0161nicu showa Igra chefova. Napetost raste iz epizode u epizodu, a polufinalisti ulaze u najzahtjevnije izazove dosad. Batate ogulite i nare\u017eite na manje kockice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Napravite bazu juhe<\/strong><br>U loncu zagrijte maslinovo ulje pa pirjajte luk oko pet minuta, dok ne postane staklast. Dodajte \u010de\u0161njak, \u0111umbir i kurkumu te kratko promije\u0161ajte&nbsp;kako bi za\u010dini otpustili aromu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dodajte batat i temeljac<\/strong><br>U lonac ubacite ljubi\u010dasti batat i dobro promije\u0161ajte. U drugoj posudi pripremite povrtni temeljac. Kako biste skratili postupak, u Haier kuhalu za vodu zagrijte vodu, ubacite povrtnu kocku, promije\u0161ajte i kuhajte jo\u0161 desetak minuta nakon \u0161to juha zavrije.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ubacite kokosovo mlijeko<\/strong><br>Dodajte kokosovo mlijeko i nastavite kuhati jo\u0161 deset minuta, odnosno dok batat potpuno ne omek\u0161a. Po \u017eelji umije\u0161ajte i malo crvene curry paste za dodatnu aromu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Izmiksajte do savr\u0161ene teksture<\/strong><br>Uz pomo\u0107 Haier blendera sve sastojke pretvorite u glatku, kremastu juhu. Ako \u017eelite rje\u0111u teksturu, dodajte jo\u0161 malo temeljca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zavr\u0161ni dodir<\/strong><br>Za\u010dinite solju, paprom i \u010dilijem prema vlastitom ukusu. Po \u017eelji dodajte nekoliko kapi soka limete za dodatnu svje\u017einu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poslu\u017eite<\/strong><br>Juhu servirajte u dubokim tanjurima, pospite tostiranim sjemenkama bundeve i zavr\u0161ite s nekoliko kapi aceta balsamica.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chefov savjet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160to je juha gla\u0111a i svilenkastija, to \u0107e okus djelovati bogatije.
